About the role:
· Report into Operations and Finance, supporting both functions to ensure smooth day to
day processes.
· Manage purchase ledger processes including invoice checking and data entry.
· Maintain sales ledger records and ensure data is kept up to date.
· Download and reconcile marketplace sales and commission data.
· Complete regular credit card reconciliations.
· Process customer refunds in line with company policies.
· Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
· Create and manage size curves for purchase orders.
· Maintain barcode files and product data.
· Manage product data and updates within ERP system.
· Maintain HS codes and product weights on Shopify.
· Prepare clearance documentation for shipments.
· Book freight and support inbound shipment coordination.
· Complete inbound shipment forms.
· Check invoices and forward for payment approvals.

Desirable:
· Experience with Shopify, Mintsoft, or similar systems
