GRADE: Band C/D SCP 5 – 17 SALARY: £25,584 - £27,800 actual salary p.a HOURS: 37 Hours, term time plus 1 week West Bromwich Collegiate Academy is an oversubscribed Secondary School in the Black Country. The Academy opened its doors in September 2019 with 175 students and has continued to grow each year. It is now at full capacity with 775 students on roll. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the general health and well-being of all students Create and implement Healthcare Plans for students as required Liaise with parents in relation to students sent to First Aid with injuries or medical needs Liaise with student support teams regarding any concerns about individual students e.g. those who frequently attend first aid. Dispense medicines stored on the Academy site as directed by medical staff/parents Liaise with third parties such as school nurses, vaccination teams, medical professionals as required We pride ourselves on being an employer of choice where all staff can thrive.
