About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Psychology Teacher to make a meaningful impact. You will deliver engaging and challenging lessons that foster a love of literature, language, and critical thinking.
Key Responsibilities
* Teach Psychology across Key Stages 4, and 5
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet a range of abilities
* Inspire students through creative and stimulating approaches to Psychology
* Develop students’ analytical, writing, and communication skills
* Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
* Assess and monitor progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the department and wider school
* Contribute to extracurricular activities such as reading clubs, writing competitions, or theatre visits
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a teacher who:
* Is passionate about Psychology and inspiring young people
* Holds a degree in Psychology or a related subject
* Has QTS (or an equivalent teaching qualification)
* Has experience teaching Psychology at KS4 (KS5 desirable)
* Is an engaging and enthusiastic classroom practitioner
* Builds strong relationships with students and colleagues
* Is committed to high standards and ongoing professional development
