This role is integral to the promotion and influence of our Brand, the spa operation is the very essence of our brand and as such the role is a key part of our operation. We work in times of constant evolution and development; it is therefore an essential requirement that you remain to be knowledgeable in your specialist area and use this knowledge to support your team and ensure that the highest standards are met.
Some responsibilities as a Treatment Supervisor include;
1. Fully understand and monitor daily treatment and retail sales revenues and ensure these are effectively communicated to all therapists.
2. Assist the Spa Manager with recruitment including; interviews, trade test and induction.
3. Assessment of all therapists and apprentices, constant development and training in specialist treatments and customer service.
4. Provide treatments and training within the spa department to the highest standards of service whilst supporting the Manger with business demands.
5. Work closely with the In-House trainer, spa management to ensure set KPI’s are met.
