Job Description
As Compliance Co‑Ordinator, you will be responsible for promoting the highest standards of care and support services across all business actives; adhering to regulations, legislation and Franchise Standards.
Ideal Candidate
* Knowledge and understanding of current legislation and specific regulation for Health & Social Care
* Previous experience of working to quality standards within a care setting
* Ability to provide detailed quality reviews of performance against and external quality standards and providing constructive feedback for improvement
* Passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a rapport quickly
* Confidence to elevate non‑compliance issues
* Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
* Experience of IT systems, Microsoft Office and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies where appropriate
* Organised and flexible to meet the needs of the business
* Experience of Franchise standards and legislation
* Support and guidance on regulatory framework, policies & procedures
* Experience of internal audits
* Trend analysis and relevant action plans including compliance risk assessment
* GDPR Champion and compliance with Equality, Diversity & Equal Opportunities Policy
* Keep up to date on changes in regulatory, legislative and market practices that impact the business
