A highly regarded Legal 500 firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its Sheffield office.
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a multi-accredited firm, handling a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
* Sales and purchases of commercial property
* Lettings, landlord and tenant matters
* Property financing
* Residential conveyancing work
About You:
* 1-2 years PQE in Commercial Property (NQ candidates with relevant experience will be considered)
* Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions
* Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
* Excellent communication and client care skills
