We're seeking a Senior Consultant - Programme Governance in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our major UK retailer client.
Please note, this is an initial 3-6 month inside IR35 PAYE umbrella contract that will require occasional travel to client HQ in West Yorkshire.
Summary
As a Senior Consultant - Programme Governance, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic portfolio management capabilities and enterprise governance. With your exceptional ability to challenge, storytell, and persuade senior stakeholders, you will be instrumental in transforming the way they approach their work, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and value management.
You will
* Leverage your extensive consulting experience to build strong relationships with senior-level clients.
* Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to help our client enhance their enterprise governance and value management practices.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of our full range of services to effectively contextualize the solutions we propose.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the client organization.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative approaches to portfolio management and governance.
Ideally, we'd like
* Proven track record of successfully delivering strategic portfolio management and enterprise governance solutions to senior-level clients in the retail industry.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders.
* Strong consulting background, with a focus on strategic advisory and business transformation.
* Comprehensive knowledge of our service offerings and the ability to articulate their value proposition.
* Relevant industry experience and a good understanding of the challenges faced by our client.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
* Collaborative mindset and a passion for driving positive change within organizations.
