Job Description
This independent mortgage brokerage has recently started working with a busy estate agents so they are looking for an experience mortgage and protection advisor to join their team. Your leads will come directly from the estate agency. They are a whole of market brokerage based in Preston.
Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;
* Having consultations with mortgage enquiries.
* Communicating with mortgage lenders.
* Getting information through fact-finding sessions with clients.
* Staying up to date with market conditions.
* Managing the company’s CRM system.
Experience needed to become a Mortgage Advisor;
* Minimum 1 years Mortgage Advisor experience
* CeMAP required
* Good communication skills
* Professional telephone manner
