Randstad is looking for a skilled and professional Handyperson for a short-term contract in West Sussex, starting at the end of February .

Key Requirements
* CSCS Card (Valid & in-hand).
* Full Toolset: Must have your own comprehensive range of tools for snagging and repairs.
* Full PPE: Hard hat, high-vis, and safety boots.
* Experience: Proven track record in "Customer Care" or finishing roles.

The Role & Duties
You will be responsible for final "snagging" and ensuring the property is in perfect condition for the client. Duties include:
* Customer Care: Professional interaction with residents/clients while working in their space.
* Finishing Touches: Expert filling, sanding, and caulking/corking.
* Painting & Decorating: High-standard touch-ups and general painting.
* General Repairs: Fixing minor defects and ensuring all fixtures are secure.
