Role Brief
Purpose of the role: Lead the thought leadership, methodologies, and delivery of Q5's Talent Advisory offer, working closely with the Organisation Development & Culture team. The role holder will contribute to Q5's overall organisation development proposition and will be involved in shaping, selling, and delivering leadership and team development, culture, and capability development consultancy services.

Balance of activities: 60-70% client delivery; 30-40% product and business development
There are three core focus areas for this role:
* Practice Development (incl. thought leadership and innovation)
* Business Development
* Project/Client Account Leadership and Delivery
Practice Development:
* Define and drive Q5's Talent Advisory strategy, aligning with market trends and client needs to create a scalable, differentiated offering.
* Develop thought leadership, articulating Q5's approach to talent strategy, integrating innovations in behavioural science, AI, and digital tooling.
* Evolve Q5's Leadership Assessment proposition using best-in-class psychometrics and delivery methods.
* Establish strategic partnerships to enhance capabilities and create differentiated propositions.
* Represent Q5 as a thought leader in external forums and publications.
* Mentor and support a team to achieve priorities, ensuring clear accountability.
Business Development:
* Develop and execute a business development strategy for talent transformation.
* Create proposals and tenders, translating client needs into solutions.
* Build and nurture client relationships, positioning Q5 as a trusted partner.
* Identify new opportunities and expand accounts.
* Engage in industry networks and thought leadership initiatives.
Project/Client Account Leadership and Delivery:
* Partner with leaders to enhance organizational performance.
* Lead high-quality consulting engagements aligned with business goals.
* Design and implement processes related to talent identification, performance, succession, and employee experience.
* Redesign leadership assessment approaches.
* Establish recurring revenue streams.
* Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
* Use data insights to improve projects and demonstrate ROI.
* Ensure operational and commercial excellence in project execution.
* Contribute to the evolution of Q5's talent offerings based on client insights.
Requirements:
Experience and Qualifications:
* 12+ years in talent advisory or people experience consulting.
* Leadership experience in a consultancy or professional services firm.
* Proven expertise across the full employee lifecycle.
* Expertise in leadership assessment tools, psychometrics, and digital talent platforms.
* Strategic, innovative mindset integrating research, behavioural science, and technology.
* Strong business acumen, including business development and client engagement.
* Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
* Data-driven with analytics experience.
* Degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, HR, or related field; certifications in coaching preferred.
* Relevant certifications like ICF ACC+, EMCC.
* Experience leading projects and teams in a consulting or industry leadership role.
