Office Manager\n Reporting to: Finance Director\n\nWe're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Office Manager to keep our operations running seamlessly. In this dynamic role, you'll be the heart of our office-balancing smooth administration, facilities management, and HR support.\n\n✨ What You'll Be Doing\n\nOffice Management\n\nOversee day-to-day operations: supplies, equipment, budgets, and vendors.\n\nManage diaries, meetings, travel, and correspondence.\n\nBe the main contact for visitors, clients, and suppliers.\n\nAct as the 24-hour contact for urgent facilities matters.\n\nImprove office processes to enhance efficiency.\n\nFacilities Management\n\nOversee all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, fire safety).\n\nEnsure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.\n\nManage contractors, service providers, and facilities staff.\n\nHandle maintenance schedules, inspections, repairs, and upgrades.\n\nPromote sustainability and energy-saving measures.\n\nHealth & Safety\n\nServe as the main health and safety contact.\n\nReview risk assessments and maintain compliance.\n\nOrganise training, fire drills, and mental health first aid.\n\nKeep policies, procedures, and records current.\n\nTeam Leadership\n\nLead, mentor, and develop the admin team.\n\nAllocate tasks and ensure smooth workflow.\n\nRun team meetings, reviews, and training sessions.\n\nFoster a positive and collaborative culture.\n\nHR Support\n\nAssist with recruitment and interview scheduling.\n\nSupport onboarding and induction processes.\n\nMaintain employee records and HR documentation.\n\nBe a point of contact for HR queries and guidance.\n\n🧭 About You\n\nStrong organisational and time management skills.\n\nClear, confident written and verbal communication.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\n\nFamiliar with HR software and databases.\n\nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail.\n\nAble to handle sensitive information with discretion.\n\nOffice Angels is an employment agency and business.
