Location: Basingstoke Hours: 40 hours per week - 15 Months Fixed Term Contract

Join our friendly team at Kier Places where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations for our MOJ and Home Office Contract. As a Contract Support Advisor, you'll provide essential administrative support for our operational and office-based teams, helping us deliver excellent service to our clients.
What will you be responsible for?As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working within the Customer Support team, supporting them in delivering our agreed service levels. Your day to day will include:

* Managing work orders - including raising, allocating, monitoring and completing orders for reactive works
Communicating effectively with both internal and external customers
Coordinating with engineers and subcontractors to ensure timely service delivery
Providing administrative support to Contract Managers
Ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and processed
