About the Role
We are looking for a carer/Support Worker to join our team of dedicated care staff. We are a Domiciliary Home Care provider who were established in 2005 and have an Outstanding rating from CQC for the care service we provide.
For the current vacancy a successful candidate must be able to drive and have a full driving licence and access to their own transport. You will be supporting Service Users in their own homes enabling them to maintain as independent a lifestyle as possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with all aspects of personal care
* Assisting with medication
* Assisting with domestic duties and shopping
A background of working in care would be beneficial however this is not essential as full training will be provided.
You will need to be flexible in your approach, caring and compassionate, be able to communicate effectively and be well organised.
Qualifications & Requirements
A successful applicant will be required to have a DBS check carried out.
Training & Development

Compensation & Benefits
Our rate of pay is £12.80 per hour, we also pay a mileage allowance and have a company pension scheme which is available to all of our employees.
