£55,000 to 70,000 GBP Bonus Hybrid WORKING Location: Central London, Greater London - United Kingdom Type: Permanent Business Analyst & Senior Business Analyst - Consulting Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: Consultant: £50,000 - £60,000 Senior Consultant: £60,000 - £70,000 Bonus We are currently supporting the growth of a leading transformation consultancy looking to hire multiple Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts into their London consulting practice. These opportunities are ideal for candidates coming from a consulting background who have operated across business and technology transformation programmes within enterprise environments. Candidates may currently hold titles such as Business Analyst, Consultant, Business Consultant, Technology Consultant, or Business & Technology Consultant. The Role You will work closely with clients across a range of transformation programmes, helping bridge the gap between business objectives and technology delivery. Responsibilities will include: Conducting business process analysis and documenting AS-IS / TO-BE processes Gathering and validating business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement Creating user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and supporting documentation Supporting technology and business transformation initiatives across the full project lifecycle Facilitating workshops between business and technical teams Supporting change initiatives, testing activities, and project delivery Performing analysis to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies Supporting proposal work, tenders, and client-facing consulting activities where required What We're Looking For Consultant Level Typically 2-4 years' experience within a consulting environment Experience operating as a BA across multiple client engagements Exposure to technology-focused projects and transformation programmes Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and SDLC processes Strong analytical and communication skills Strong academic background preferred Senior Consultant Level Typically 5 years' consulting experience Proven experience leading BA activities across complex transformation engagements Strong client-facing consulting capability Experience managing senior stakeholders and driving workshops independently Broader exposure across delivery, PMO, change, or transformation initiatives beneficial Experience contributing to bids, RFPs, or proposal activity advantageous Preferred Backgrounds Candidates are likely to come from consulting organisations such as transformation or technology consulting firms Additional Information Hybrid working model Excellent progression opportunities within a growing consulting practice Opportunity to work with major enterprise clients and transformation programmes SC eligibility is highly desirable Candidates should demonstrate stability in career history and strong consulting fundamentals
