An established, design-led architectural practice is seeking a Architect/Senior Architect to join its growing Manchester studio.
This is an opportunity to take a leading role on a significant £50m commercial office development within one of Manchester's most exciting regeneration areas.
The successful candidate will join a close-knit team and take ownership of a major project entering technical delivery stages, working alongside experienced project stakeholders and a supportive studio leadership team. This role would suit an architect who enjoys complex projects, thrives on responsibility, and is confident leading teams through detailed design and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the technical design and delivery of a large-scale commercial office development.
* Manage project information and coordinate multidisciplinary teams through RIBA Stage 4 and beyond.
* Work closely with the Studio Director and wider project team to ensure successful project delivery.
* Produce and oversee high-quality technical documentation in Revit.
* Coordinate consultants, contractors, and client requirements throughout the delivery process.
* Mentor and support junior team members working on the project.
* Attend project meetings and contribute to design and technical decision-making.
Skills & Experience
* Qualified Architect with demonstrable experience delivering large-scale commercial or workplace projects.
* Strong technical and project delivery expertise.
* Excellent Revit proficiency.
* Experience leading projects through technical design and construction phases.
* Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with an existing project and take ownership of delivery.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Experience managing project teams and consultant relationships.
