The role
As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound activity. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key role in driving pipeline growth for the wider sales team.
Key responsibilities
* High‑volume outbound cold calling to prospective business clients
* Following up on leads provided and qualifying opportunities
* Booking meetings for senior sales executives
* Building rapport and developing strong B2B relationships
* Accurately updating CRM systems with activity and pipeline information
* Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
About you
This is a fantastic entry point into B2B sales. The client is open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including graduates or early‑career professionals, retail or hospitality staff looking to move into office‑based sales, or individuals with strong communication skills and a competitive mindset.
You will ideally have
* Previous KPI‑focused sales experience
