Job Opportunity: Project Manager
Due to increased workload, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent role managing projects valued between £3m and £20m within a 30-mile radius of Harrogate.
The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced team, overseeing all aspects of each project from Pre-Construction to on-site management. Responsibilities include managing internal staff and subcontractors, health and safety, project scheduling, and liaising with clients and architects. Additionally, overseeing procurement of materials and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed to quality standards, on time, and within budget.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time and within budget
* Minimum of 10 years of Site Management experience
* Extensive knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project
* Strong commitment to quality, with a history of repeat business
* Experience in people management and excellent communication skills
* Good IT skills and at least an SMSTS qualification
