Overview
Our client is an exciting science-based health food company. They are growing rapidly within the retail space and are now looking to expand their commercial team, bringing on board a new National Account Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
* Manage and expand existing national OOH accounts within foodservice and retail.
* Drive new business opportunities across contract catering, travel, leisure, wholesale, and high-street retail channels.
* Lead and mentor a direct report, collaborating with the Commercial Director to define and deliver channel strategy.
* Build strategic partnerships with leading retailers such as Holland & Barrett, Boots, WHSmith Travel, Planet Organic, and Whole Foods Market, as well as major foodservice distributors including Bidfood and Brakes.
About You:
* Strong sales and account management skills
* Background in the food industry or FMCG sector
* 3+ years experience in out-of-home (OOH) sales channels; experience in wholesale or foodservice is a plus
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to interpret sales data and market trends
* Strategic planning and relationship-building expertise
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Experience in health, nutrition, or wellness is a plus
