We deal with a varied range of good quality properties across North & North West London. We are looking for motivated people to join our successful thriving team.
Martyn Gerrard is a long-established estate agency operating in the North & North West London area, covering all aspects of the property industry from Residential & Commercial Sales and Lettings to New Homes and Property Management.

The Role
You will work as part of a team to provide an outstanding customer experience to clients and customers.
You will be responsible for booking and carrying out viewings for potential tenants, as well as supporting the negotiation process.
Over time, you will receive training to actively seek and develop potential landlords, convincing them of the benefits of our services to bring their properties onto the market with us.
You will maintain a database of potential tenants, schedule and conduct property viewings, and provide constructive feedback to landlords.
This role offers business development opportunities, with the potential to earn up to 40% commission.
Requirements
* A people person with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Well organized with attention to detail.
* A full driving license.
