Bench joiner

Robertson Recruitment are working with a well-established commercial interior fit-out company, specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of premium interiors for offices, retail, hospitality, and leisure environments. The company is looking for a bench joiner to join the team of a permanent basis.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday

07:30am - 3:30pm

Responsibilities:

* Manufacture bespoke joinery to exact specifications and high standards
* Interpret and work from technical drawings
* Operate woodworking machinery and power tools safely and efficiently
* Ensure all work meets our quality and safety standards
* Collaborate with workshop supervisors, designers, and site teams as required

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Bench Joiner, preferably within a commercial fit-out environment
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Skilled in working with a variety of materials including MDF, veneers, laminates, solid woods, and more
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent (preferred)
