Palatine Talent are working with a Family-Run SME based in Wrexham; who are undergoing rapid growth in their sector. This fantastic company is looking for a new Finance Administrator/Bookkeeper to assist their hands-on finance function and continue to help move the company forward. Having recently placed a new Financial Controller, they are looking to add to the growing Finance team.

Responsibilities Include:-
* Recording invoices on accounting software
* Reconciling month end statements
* Raising Disputes and ensuring credit received
* Updating costings spreadsheets with prices from invoices
* Stocktaking/Ordering
* Site inductions and Walkaround
* General Administration duties including receiving guests and answering telephones etc
* Other Ad Hoc tasks as is required by a hands-on finance team
