Position Title: Marketing Executive Department: C&K Marketing UK Accountable To: Marketing Manager Employment Status: Full-Time Position Summary The Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Manager to deliver Cox & Kings’ marketing plans across a broad range of activities in the UK and globally. This role is responsible for assisting in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, both online and offline, ensuring consistency with the Cox & Kings brand. The ideal candidate is an organised, proactive marketer with a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of marketing principles, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience across the full marketing mix while contributing to the growth and reputation of a distinguished travel brand. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing plans to achieve business objectives in collaboration with global functional and market teams. Collaborate with Product teams to ensure accurate and compelling promotion of Cox & Kings’ offerings across marketing platforms. Support local, ad-hoc media placements and local advertising campaigns (outside of Global Media Plan). Assist briefing and executing Direct Mail and Marketing collateral. Briefing and executing weekly e-newsletters and automated email campaigns. Support Trade sales team with annual calendar of Key Account and partner marketing activities – producing supporting materials and tools for field sales teams and trade partners. Identify and collaborate with external membership organisations (3rd party and closed user groups) to execute co-branded campaigns to their members Track and monitor budget closely. Ensure full adherence to PO process and invoice tracking. Using internal marketing reporting systems (OfferMetrix) to produce regular reporting and wrap-up campaign performance reports. Monitor competitor activity to support marketing strategy and recommendations. Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of marketing concepts and principles. An excellent communicator. Ability to identify and communicate opportunities and manage the day-to-day relationship with internal stakeholders and creative services. Excellent project management skills and time-management capability. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and pivot when necessary. Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. Experience in both traditional and digital marketing. Analytical mindset, with experience using data to inform decisions preferred. Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or communications roles, ideally with exposure to digital and traditional marketing channels. Travel industry experience is beneficial but not essential.
