Purpose of the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised International Marketing Executive to support the delivery of marketing activity across key global markets including China, India, Nigeria, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. This role supports campaign delivery, content coordination, partner engagement and student market research to help Homes for Students remain visible across international audiences. Major Duties • Assist in the delivery of international marketing campaigns. • Develop content that speaks to students from a variety of international backgrounds, reflecting local expectations and behaviours. • Support content creation of social media marketing, email marketing and offline collateral. • Gather and organise content from internal teams and partners for global campaigns. • Assist in the development of briefs for design, content and campaign tasks. • Maintain and refresh international property listings, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. • Assist in coordinating activity with international agents, creators and partners. • Work with site teams to collect relevant visuals and updates for marketing use. • Conduct research into international student trends, purchasing behaviour, market data, market behaviour and competitor activity. • Monitor campaign performance and assist with preparing reports. • Support events and activities relevant to international students or partners. • Maintain documentation for campaign tasks, research and reporting. • Assist with influencer and creator coordination including briefings, communication and tracking. • Support Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams with campaign alignment and performance updates. • Maintain strong communication with external stakeholders and support smooth delivery. Skills • Strong written English skills. • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. • Strong communication skills. • Ability to analyse information and identify insights. • Confidence using creative and digital tools. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience and Qualifications Essential • Experience working in a marketing, administrative or communications role. • Good communication and writing skills. • Strong organisational abilities. • Fluency in Mandarin spoken and written as China is one of our target markets. • Ability to interpret simple data or insights. Desirable • Experience working with international audiences. • Understanding of the student accommodation or studying abroad market. • A degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications or similar. • Experience coordinating campaigns or working with external partners.
