Role Purpose
Lead the systems and reporting function so staff can rely on accurate, up to date performance data.
Improve how information is shared by building better dashboards, reporting tools, and automated processes.
Make sure data systems and timetables support smooth day to day operations, planning, and decision making.Role Responsibilities
Guide and support the Systems and Reporting team to deliver accurate and timely data to internal teams.
Build and improve self-service reporting tools, dashboards, and automated data checks.
Make sure data and systems support curriculum planning, performance tracking, and income forecasting.
Regularly review dashboards, reports, and datasets so they stay useful and meet funding and regulatory requirements.
Manage the student records system (EBS), including updates, maintenance, integrations with other systems, and GDPR-compliant data handling.
Oversee the timetabling service to ensure staff and students have accurate, fully aligned timetables.
Essential Requirements
Degree-level education (or equivalent) or strong relevant experience in a similar role.
At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or systems development.
Hands-on experience building BI/reporting solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Strong numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to work accurately with data.
