Overview
We are pleased to be collaborating with our client, an engineering organisation operating in both installation and maintenance. Due to an increase in demand for the services of the client, they are seeking to expand their team in the work scheduling/planning department.
Responsibilities
* Customer service for inbound faults both over the phone and via templated forms
* Engagement with end customers to plan the remedial works
* Use of the planning software to maximise the efficiencies of the engineers
* Expectation management and follow up with customers for open jobs and completed works
* Updating internal systems with regards to engineer time allocation
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will come from a repairs/maintenance background with knowledge and customer service skills in dealing with repairs.
Work arrangement
The role will be office-based 5 days a week and there is no option for hybrid working.
