The Role
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations—supporting sales activity, ensuring smooth communication, and delivering excellent service to healthcare professionals and customers. It’s a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone organised, proactive, and personable.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
* Preparing accurate quotations
* Maintaining customer records and databases
* Supporting the sales team with admin, scheduling, and reporting
* Coordinating deliveries and liaising with suppliers
* Managing stock and placing orders
* Assisting with marketing materials and communications
* Working collaboratively with colleagues, including our German head office
About You
* Confident communicator with a professional, friendly approach
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable multitasking and managing priorities
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office; CRM experience a bonus)
* Enjoy working as part of a small, supportive team
* An interest in healthcare is helpful, but not essential
