We're recruiting for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a forward-thinking organisation and play a key role in delivering strategic procurement initiatives, driving value for money, and supporting organisational growth.
Key responsibilities
* Developing and implementing procurement and category strategies
* Leading end-to-end tendering and sourcing activities
* Managing supplier relationships and contract performance
* Delivering cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives
* Providing expert procurement advice to stakeholders
* Ensuring compliance with procurement regulations and best practice
* Identifying opportunities for innovation, sustainability, and social value
Qualifications
* Strong procurement and category management experience
* Knowledge of UK procurement legislation
* Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
* Experience managing complex tenders and contracts
* A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering value
You will be qualified to CIPS level 4 or equivalent and have extensive knowledge of EU and UK public procurement law.
