In this role you will utilise your expertise in providing a standard administration function to ensure the smooth running of the Service The duties are variable, including minute taking; responding to telephone queries from a range of partner agencies and supporting the management of the team’s referral systems. This role is based within HMP Dovegate, a Category B prison which holds men from the age of 21 on remand and some sentenced prisoners. The Team offers a Mental Health and Substance Use Service and comprises Registered Mental Health Nurses, psychiatrist and psychologist, Social Worker, HealthCare Support Worker and Recovery Practitioners. Advert We are looking for a full-time administrator (working 37.5 hours per week) for the Integrated Mental Health and Substance Misuse Team at HMP Dovegate. You will manage the single point of contact, assist with the processing of referrals and provide an administrative function for the service in response to need. Understand and supervise the confidential referral system. Minute-taking. Preserve and uphold confidentiality. Maintain filing systems. Management of incoming post/emails and any onward actions required (for example notifying individuals of pertinent updates/information or escalating where necessary). Ordering and management of stock-levels of office equipment, clinical equipment, stationary and resource materials.
