Media Account Manager – Planning & Buying, Birmingham. We’re working with a fantastic independent media planning and buying agency in Birmingham that’s looking for a confident, commercially savvy Media Account Manager to join their growing team.
This is a brilliant opportunity to take that next step in your media career — leading client relationships, owning media strategy, and playing a key role in campaign performance across both print and digital platforms. What you’ll be doing
* Owning and growing key client relationships.
* Leading on media strategy, planning, and forecasting across on- and offline channels.
* Overseeing campaign execution and media schedule management.
* Negotiating with media partners to secure the best deals and placements.
* Reporting on performance and making data-led recommendations.
* Mentoring junior team members and helping to shape agency best practice.
What we’re looking for
* Solid experience in media planning and buying (agency, brand-side, or media owner background all welcome).
* A confident communicator and relationship builder.
* Highly organised with a strategic mindset and commercial focus.
* Passionate about delivering brilliant results for clients.
* A natural team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
You’ll need easy access to Birmingham as this role is 4 days onsite per week.
