Office Administrator – £25,000 to £30,000

Full-Time, Office-Based
We’re recruiting on behalf of a long-established construction business near West Malling who are looking for a proactive and energetic Office Administrator to join their team. Due to location you will need access to your own transport and live relatively close. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy office environment and enjoys being the go-to person for day-to-day coordination and support.
The Role
As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and supporting the wider team. Tasks include:
* Answering phones and handling general office administration
* Preparing pre-start folders and documentation for site teams
* Coordinating company vans and basic fleet administration
* Managing stationery, supplies and office stock
* Providing day-to-day admin support across the business
1. What We’re Looking For
* Recent experience in an administration role
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
* Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
* Confident handling calls and supporting multiple teams
