Position Details
Position: Security Officer
Location: Northampton
Pay Rate: £12.27 per hour
Hours: 42 hours per week on average
Shifts: 4 on 4 off - night shifts
Your Time at Work
Your duties include:
* Greeting staff and visitors
* Controlling access in and out of the building
* Prioritise the safety, security and service of the site, its staff, car parks, customers, the client and property
* Patrolling the premises and ensuring security protocols are being adhered to
* Dealing with disturbances/issues and security incidents
* Conducting searches when required
* Gatehouse duties
* Inducting visitors, monitoring CCTV and any other ad hoc duties as required
* Dealing with first aid and incident reporting

It is crucial to have great communication and customer service skills. All our admin is digital and paperless, so you'll need to be tech-savvy enough to use our digital devices.
Our perfect Security Officer will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to always provide a friendly and professional service.
