Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Setter and Machinist to join our team on a permanent contract for the evening shift (2pm-11pm Mon‑Thurs, 12pm‑8pm Fri). The role requires setting and operating 5‑axis machine tools and contributing to precision manufacturing in a technologically advanced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience of setting and operating 5 Axis Machine tools
- Experience in Precision Manufacturing and preferably Automotive / Aerospace
- Good understanding of Engineering drawings and GD&T
- Experience with Matsuura (Fanuc) Control
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e Excel, Outlook
- A logical approach to problem‑solving
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- At least 7 years+ experience in this area
