Monitor and track student progress, offering feedback and adapting teaching methods as necessary.

Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement, confidence, and well-being.

Work closely with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide policies for supporting SEN students.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working in a special educational needs environment.

Experience creating and implementing IEPs and supporting students with a range of academic and behavioral needs.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.

Patience, empathy, and a commitment to making a real difference in the lives of students.

A proactive, flexible approach to problem-solving and teaching.

A relevant SEN qualification (e.g., SENCo, ASD or specific learning difficulties training) would be advantageous, but not essential.

Why Work With Us?

Join a warm, supportive, and inclusive team that values each member's contribution.

Opportunities for professional development, including specialized SEN training and career progression.

A competitive salary and benefits package.

A welcoming school community that is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of students.
