Reflection Manager
About the Role
Are you passionate about shaping positive behaviour and helping young people succeed? At Lift Unity City, we’re looking for a driven Reflection Manager to lead our Reflection provision and make a real impact every single day. You’ll be at the heart of our school community, guiding students to reflect, reset, and re-engage with learning. Working alongside senior leaders, teachers, and pastoral teams, you’ll champion high standards, consistency, and a calm, focused environment where every student can thrive.
What you’ll do
* Lead and manage the school’s Reflection provision
* Support students to take responsibility and make positive choices
* Promote high expectations and a culture of respect
* Use data to track progress and drive improvement
* Work collaboratively to ensure consistent behaviour systems
What we’re looking for
* GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4+)
* Experience motivating young people and raising expectations
* Experience of working within a school or with children and teenagers
* Confidence using data to inform decisions
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Resilience and patience
Bonus if you have
* Degree, A levels or equivalent qualifications
* Experience working in partnership with external agencies
* Confidence with Google Workspace
