1. Oversee payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments to all site staff and operatives
2. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely invoice payments and reduce outstanding debts
3. Manage and maintain a healthy cash flow for the business
4. Prepare and analyse financial reports, including profit and loss statements and budgeting/forecasting
5. Handle VAT returns and liaise with accounts for tax submissions
