The Role Enforce statutory provisions which fall within the remit of Environmental Health. Support the Environmental Health manager in achieving strategic objectives. Identify information needs within the business and residential community relative to Environmental Health matters. Devise, plan and participate in training and information campaigns to promote awareness of legislative requirements and health issues. Contribute to the improvement of environment, health and well-being of business and residential community, identifying needs and participating in relevant education and promotional programmes. Investigate and resolve complaints. The Person As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience: Essential: A relevant qualification in Environmental health. Relevant Environmental Health experience. Strong communicator. Knowledge of current Environmental Health legislation. What's in it for you?: Salary: £40-41k per annum. Generous Annual leave.
