Salary: Up to £33,495 DOE (FTE – pro rata for part time hours)
Opening Hours: 8am to 6pm, Mon–Fri

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the room team and daily activities.
• Oversee observations, assessments and planning.
• Maintain a safe, organised, high-quality environment.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
What You Need:
• Level 3+ Early Years qualification (DfE-approved).
• Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge.
• Experience leading a room or mentoring staff.
• Confident communicator with a warm, positive approach.
