As a ward hostess you will help to enhance our patient well-being and their experience in the hospital. Working closely with other hospital staff you will be expected to deliver a great level of customer service to all patients, visitors, staff and various stakeholders.

Main duties of the job
Ward Host (Epsom)
Role is based primarily at Epsom General Hospital
You will be responsible for providing an efficient food and beverage service to patients on wards ensuring that food and beverages meets patients` medical, dietary and cultural needs. You will help to prepare the service areas with the necessary equipment, such as crockery, serving utensils, condiments. In addition, you will be responsible for food preparation and production, maintaining a high standard of hygiene and food handling, whiles ensuring all food served to patients is easily accessible.
Full Time & Part Time Contract Available:

This ward host role is mainly based at Epsom hospital and we expect our team members to work across trust wide which is Epsom and St Helier hospitals.
If you have a driving license and a car, it will be an advantage and also you can reach our hospitals via public transport.
