We have an exciting opportunity to join our thriving community fundraising team in the 12-month maternity cover of our Community Fundraising Manager role. Job Overview Reporting to the Senior Fundraising Manager and line managing the Community Fundraising Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the strategy to support and steward our community fundraisers and groups whilst being responsible for budget expectations and reporting accordingly. You will have the ability to manage your own workload, have a flexible and adaptable approach to your work and work closely and collaboratively with our wider fundraising and marketing communications teams in delivering an existing, active community fundraising strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic development of the community fundraising income stream, regularly evaluating and analysing community fundraising activity against key performance indicators. Deliver on income and expenditure targets, reviewing and reporting activity regularly to the Senior Fundraising Manager, Head of Fundraising and wider team. Continue with the planning and delivery of the supporter journey process for community fundraisers in collaboration with the Supporter Care Team. To line manage the Community Fundraising Officer, providing support and leadership to ensure they develop and reach their potential through regular 1:1s and annual appraisals. What we can offer you: Salary from £32,722 to £36,358 per annum, dependent on experience Working hours are 22.5hrs, Monday to Friday.
