Your new company Our client is a highly successful, growing business looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded assistant buyer to join their procurement team. Your new role Working as part of a team, your role will be varied. You will be providing information and data vital to the success of the wider buying team, predominantly managing supplier-led price changes and new product pricing. This will include: Investigating price change files, applying terms and flagging discontinuations. Producing clear, accurate reports to allow decision-making in the wider buying team. Creating pricing templates to reprice new and existing products. Checking pricing in the ERP system Running both pre- and post-import checks. Documenting supplier information and specifics to allow a smooth supply chain process as well as managing supplier relationships to predicate changes and mitigate delays.
