We are instructed on a new opportunity with a key law firm client for a Commercial Property solicitor based in London. This role offers exposure to a broad range of clients and a wide variety of high-value matters. The work will include landlord and tenant matters, asset management, development projects, investment acquisitions and disposals, as well as the real estate aspects of property finance. The client base includes some of London's largest estate owners, leading hotel operators, and a number of high-net-worth individuals and family offices globally, including investors from the USA, the Middle East and Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and experience gained at a reputable City or leading regional firm. You will ideally have between two and three years' PQE, although we will consider strong applicants just outside this level. The successful candidate will get good involvement in business development initiatives and be given every opportunity to progress their career in a supportive environment.
