NPC Cramlington are a friendly, well-established GP practice looking to recruit a Salaried GP for 2 sessions per week, on a Friday, to join our supportive and collaborative team. Patient feedback is consistently excellent, and we are proud to have been rated among the top seven outstanding GP practices in Northumberland. As part of a wider NPC organisation, we benefit from shared resources and support that enhance both staff experience and patient care. We serve a population of just over 5,500 patients and work closely with neighbouring practices NPC Elsdon and NPC Northumbria Way to deliver joined-up care. We have a strong interest in teaching GP registrars and warmly welcome GPs with special interests. Our surgery is passionate about making a meaningful difference to the health and wellbeing of our community., As a GP Practice which is part of Northumbria Primary Care Ltd (NPC), we work with flexibility and independently to run the surgery based on what is best for our patients and staff, and additionally we have the regular and consistent support of the management team to help us to focus on what is clinically important. As a Salaried GP the post holder will be a key clinician within the team. Depending on experience Locally Agreed NPC GP pay rates: £11,014-£12,266 pps/pa
