One of our small clients in Bedford are looking for a Client research insight Manager to join their small team.
The three priorities of this role are to:
1. Deliver first class research services and excellent customer service
2. Supporting revenue growth (Sales & Clients)
3. Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external client contacts to deliver client projects

5. Demonstrate the maturity and professional judgement to work effectively with the companys management team and at client organisations.
6. Take accountability for decisions and outcomes, showing ownership and reliability in managing client feedback programmes.
7. Have previous experience in B2B market research or insight roles, with strong commercial understanding of how research drives client value.
8. Possess sound knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with 5+ years in a client-facing research or account-management position.
