We are looking for two experienced Teaching Assistants to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Support students in managing emotions and accessing learning Deliver targeted interventions and mentoring Work closely with teachers to create personalised learning plans Promote positive behaviour and resilience Help maintain a calm and safe learning environment Must-Have Skills: Experience working in an SEMH or Alternative Provision setting Excellent behaviour management and de-escalation skills Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff GCSEs in Maths and English Good-to-Have Skills: Experience delivering small group or 1:1 interventions Knowledge of trauma-informed practice Safeguarding and child protection training Nice-to-Have Skills: Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning Experience liaising with external agencies and families Email
