Following an internal promotion we are delighted to present this outstanding opportunity to join a global leader in medical technology, taking ownership of a high value territory with a market leader in joint replacement including surgical robotics.
The Opportunity
As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of a dynamic and highly specialised market. You'll work closely with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, and key healthcare stakeholders-playing a critical role in delivering innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes.
This is a field-based, high-impact role where no two days are the same-from strategic account planning to supporting procedures in theatre.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Drive territory growth by meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets
2. Build and develop strong relationships with surgeons, HCPs, and decision-makers
3. Identify and convert new business opportunities across your region
4. Deliver product training and in-theatre support during joint replacement procedures
5. Create and execute a robust territory business plan aligned to wider strategy
6. Collaborate cross-functionally to maximise opportunities across accounts
7. Become a true product expert through structured training and ongoing development
What We're Looking For
8. Minimum 2-3 years' sales experience (medical sales highly desirable)
9. Exposure to orthopaedics or joint replacement is a strong advantage
10. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of hospital environments
11. Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
12. Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
13. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
14. Passion for continuous learning and personal development

Package
20. £40-52k base salary depending on experience
21. £33,500 on target bonus Can overachieve significantly
