About the Role
As an Estate Management Assistant you will be supporting the Area Housing Managers by collating information to improve performance across housing sites as well as supporting new initiatives and ensuring fire and health and safety assessments, procedures and Patch Action plans are adhered to and delivered in an effective and timely manner.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Ability to work within a team and of proactively working towards joint targets.
Prepared to effectively organise and manage own workload to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
Understanding of the importance of working to a high level of accuracy.
Able to demonstrate commitment to a good quality customer service/good work ethics e.g. timekeeping, reliability, professional manner.
Good interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels in both individual and group situations.
Confident in the use of all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
