The team you will be joining
You will be joining our Engineering function, working closely with the Engineering Operations Manager, team leads, and wider stakeholders across Technology. This isa central rolewithin the team, supporting how the departmentoperatesand ensuring strong governance, communication, and performance insight.
You’llwork across a broad range of activities—from coordinating operational rhythms and reporting, to supporting small projects, engagement initiatives, and continuous improvements. The role provides excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and plays a keypartin ensuring the Engineering function runs smoothly, efficiently, and with clear visibility of performance and priorities.

What Will You Be Doing?
12. Coordinating and managing the operational rhythm of the Engineering function, including meetings, governance activities, and action tracking
13. Producing high-quality reporting and insights, supporting performancetrackingand enabling data-driven decision making
14. Supporting small projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, processes, and team effectiveness
15. Maintainingkey operational documentation, governance artefacts, and ensuring alignment with policies, risk, and compliance standards
16. Supporting stakeholder engagement, communications, and team activities to help create a well-connected and high-performing environment
What Do We NeedFromYou?
17. Experience in an operational, analytical, or business support role within a technology or change environment
18. Strong ability to produce clear, insightful reporting andanalysedata toidentifytrends and opportunities
19. Highlyorganisedwith the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
20. Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across teams and levels
21. Experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar to support reporting and operational activities
