Primary Responsibilities
* Maintain Yard Cleanliness: Regularly remove debris, trash, and waste materials to keep the area tidy and safe.
* Load/Unload Cardboard & plastic bales onto trailer bed with a clamp truck.
* Sort and Stack pallets. Load/Unload stacks of pallets onto trailer bed with forks.
* Manually sort & fill ROROs and skips with single waste types such as Wood, Metal, Carboard, Plastic and General
* Follow health and safety procedures and report any incidents or hazards.
* Liaise with operations regarding any required collections / waste transfers.
Skills & Qualifications
* Counterbalance license with forks and clamp attachments essential. (if you want to train them up for this, that is fine)
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Methodical and organized with attention to detail
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
* Experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential
