What you'll do
As an Occupational Health Manager you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our employees:
You will be responsible developing, implementing, andmaintainingoccupational health policies and procedures for the hotel. Youll provideexpert advice toleadershipand employees on health-related workplace matters.
You will conduct and review workplace health risk assessments across all departments, recommend preventative measures and control strategies to minimise health risks and work collaboratively with the Health & Safety team to ensure risk assessments are regularly updated and compliant with legislation.
You will also be responsible for workplace adaptations, fitness for work reports, supporting inclusive workplace practices for employees with Neurodiverse conditions, promote employee health and wellbeing, manage absence management and return to work assessments
You will ensure compliance with occupational health, health and safety, and equality legislation.

What you'll bring
Essential Skills and Experience
Degree or professional qualification in Occupational Health, Nursing, Public Health, or related field.
Professional registration with relevant body where applicable
Experience in occupational health management
Knowledge of UK health, safety, and equality legislation.
