HR Duties
* Preparing offer letters and contracts
* Responding to general employee HR queries
* Arranging interviews and managing communications with line managers and candidates
* Organising onboarding and pre‑screening checks
* Administration of the leaver process and issuing references
* Organising inductions and training for new starters
* Issuing employee surveys
* Adhoc support to the HR Director and team
Other Administration
* Managing the meeting room booking system
* Supporting company events – ordering catering and lunches
* Providing cover for the receptionist 1–2 hours a day
* Maintenance of supplier contact information
* Ordering laptops, setting up meeting rooms with IT equipment set up
